DIY FACE MASK

There are so many ingredients in your kitchen which can provide you healthy-looking skin with no effort.

So today’s blog is going to be on how you can achieve super flawless skin by doing some simple DIY, with the ingredients you can easily find in your kitchen. So let’s dig into it.

 

 

EVERYDAY MASK- This mask can be used every day and as a face wash too. This DIY will make your skin super glossy, soft and will remove all the dirt from the pores.

 

INGREDIENTS

·      Gram flour ( also known as besan)

·     Rice flour

·     Raw milk

·     Turmeric powder (also known as Haldi)

*If you have super dry skin add honey too.

 

  PROCEDURE

Ø      Take 1tablespoon of gram flour (besan), 1/2tablespoon of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of milk, and a pinch of turmeric powder.

Ø      Mix all the ingredients. It will form a paste-like consistency.

Ø      Apply it on your face.

Ø      After 15 min it will dry, then rinse it off.

 

*If you are using honey use it ½ teaspoon.

·     If you are using it as a face wash then just apply the paste and massage it gently on your skin.

REJENUATE MASK-This mask will nourish your skin. It will make your skin healthy and work as an anti-aging mask too.

 


INGREDIENTS-

·     Almonds

·     Red lentil(also known as masoor dal)

·     Raw milk

 

PROCEDURE-

 

Ø      In a grinder, jar add 3 almonds, 1tablespoon red lentil (masoor dal) and grind it.

*you can even make a big batch of it and store it in an airtight container.

Ø      Transfer the powder in a bowl and add 3 tablespoon of raw milk. Mix it.

Ø      Apply it on your face, leave it for 15 minute. Rinse it off

 

This DIY will make your skin healthy, nourished and continues the use of it can help to remove dark spots.

 

GLOWING MASK- This mask will provide you an instant glow. This the easiest mask out of all 4 masks.


INGREDIENTS-

·     Rice flour (grind washed and rinsed rice)

·     Raw milk

·     Lemon juice (optional)

 

PROCEDURE-

Ø   In a bowl add 1 tablespoon of rice flour, 1tablespoon of raw milk and few drops of lemon juice (optional).

Ø   Mix it till it forms a paste-like consistency.

Ø   Apply it on your face.

Ø   Wait until it dry, then rinse off.

 

RED LENTIL MASK- If you want flawless, soft, glossy, and moisturized skin then try out this mask. It may take little extra time but trust me it’s worth it.

 

INGREDIENTS-

·     Red lentil (masoor dal)

·     Coffee

·     Raw milk

 

PROCEDURE-

Ø      In a bowl add 2 tablespoons of red lentil and soak it in milk for 3 hours. (Add milk so, that it could cover the red lentil.)

Ø      After 3 hours add the soaked lentil in grinder jar and grind it until it becomes a paste-like consistency.

Ø      Then add 1 tablespoon of coffee in the ground lentil paste.

Ø      Apply and wait until it dry. Then rinse off.
