                                      RICE

 

                    

It is said that rice is the secret of ancient Korean beauty. Rice is almost available at everyone's house. But do you know you can enhance your skin beauty by this? Rice is a natural sunscreen. It has ferulic acid and allantoin which work as a natural UV protector. It also soothes sunburn. Not just this it even helps to prevent dark circles. It also works as skin brightening. It makes skin super flawless, smooth, and healthy. It also works as a scrub because its texture is coarse. It removes dead skin cells. And also absorb excess sebum. It can also prevent pimples, wrinkles, and age spots.

DIY WITH RICE

• TONER- Take 1 cup of rice and add 1and 1/2 cup water into it. Cover it and leave it for at least 1 hour and use it as a toner.
• FACE MASK- Take 2 tsp of rice flour and 2 tsp of raw milk. Mix it and apply it. Wait until it dry.
• SCRUB-Take 2 tsp of rice flour and add 1 tsp of water.

             RED LENTIL ( MASOOR DAL)

Red lentil is amazing for physical health but it is also good for our skin. It contains antioxidants that work as anti-aging. Also, it prevents suntan. It lightens skin tone and soothes skin. DIY WITH RED LENTIL

• MASK- Grind 2 tsp od red lentil and add 1tsp curd and a pinch of turmeric powder. Apply and rinse after it dries.
• SCRUB-Mix coarse ground red lentil and add raw milk.
