SKINCARE ROUTINE
WHY SKINCARE?
Going office, college,shopping or cooking at home , our skin always suffer heat,dust,pollution,dirt and harmfull UV rays. So protecting it is our responsibility. Skincare routine varies from one skin type to another. There are mainly 4 type of skin oily, combination, dry and sensitive. Every skin type demands a skincare routine which could keep your skin moisturised , hydrated , glowing and healthy. Skincare routien cannot be same for every skin type it differs for diffrent skin type. But one thing is common in every skin type i.e moisturizer. So today we will discuss that what steps you need to include in your skincare routien.
MORNING SKINCARE ROUTINE
The morning skincare routine is very essential because it prepares your skin for the whole day. As we wear makeup so, we need something to protect our skin. There are 5 steps to follow.
CLEANSING
cleansing is the first and most important step to follow. This process cleans your skin's pores and makes it dirt free. You should use mild cleanse because you do not want to remove the skin's natural oil and moisture. Cleansing makes your skin fresh and impurities free. There are several options in the market, to find a cleanser or face wash for the skin type you have to try different products and observe that which works best for you. If you have dry skin your face wash should be hydrating enough to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized for a long period. If you have an oily or combination skin then you should go for a cleanser which will help to control oil secretion. TONER
Toner is the second step. Toner removes the leftover dirt from your skin which didn't come out while cleansing, it lowers your skin ph level. It refreshes you. MOISTURIZING
Moisturizing is the third step. Moisturising is very essential for all skin types. Many people think oily skin doesn't need a moisturizer, but people with oily skin must use moisturizer it is very important because oily skin is more prone to oversecretion of sebum. Sebum is overproduced because deep inside skin is dry and it demands something hydrating so it produces oil to meet its need. That's why if oily skin is moisturized less oil will be produced. Those with oily or combination skin should use gel-based moisturizer and dry skin can use any type. As I have combination skin I use a gel-based moisturizer- Good Vibes Cucumber Gel. SUNSCREEN
Sunscreen is a must-have. It protects you from harmful UV rays. Sunscreen which I use is Mamaearth Ultra Light Indian Sunscreen with SPF50. The link to buy will be given below.
LIP BALM
A lot of us face chapped lip . To prevent this lip balm is necessary.
NIGHT SKINCARE ROUTINE
Nighttime is best to provide your skin all the nourishment it needs. That is why the night skincare routine is essential. The night routine consists of 9 steps.
MAKEUP REMOVING
Sleeping with makeup is a nightmare. It could lead to a severe breakout. It is preferred to use balm based makeup remover or Micellar Water by Garnier. You should avoid using wipes as they are not environment friendly.
CLEANSING
To make sure all the makeup is out from your skin this step is really important.
TONER
Tonning prepares your skin for night cream and serum.
SCRUBBING
Scrubbing exfoliate your skin and remove dead skin cells. It cleanses your skin even more. Generally cream-based scrub is suitable for all skin types. The one I use is Good Vibes Lotus & Sage Scrub. MASKING
Mask is the best way to self-love because you have to take at least 10 minutes for yourself. Mask hydrates and nourishes your skin. Well using it three times a week is enough. SERUM

EYE CREAM/SERUM
The under-eye area is very sensitive and it needs proper care. In today's world usually people have problems with eye puffiness and dark circle because of improper sleep. I use eye serum because I have observed that it shows fast results. The one I use is Good Vibes Cucumber And Lemon Eye Serum.

A night cream is meant to work on your skin overnight and rejuvenate your skin. The night cream has changed the whole game for my skin.
